Alison’s journey in the real estate and property services industry began in 2014 as a Buyer’s Agent within the Century 21 Network. Her passion for helping clients soon led her to various roles, including Sales Representative, Property Manager, Tenancy Support, and Client Advocate. Her dedication and expertise quickly propelled her to Senior Property Manager and eventually Head of Department, before she transitioned into a Property Management Independent Contractor role across Perth and regional Western Australia.

In 2018, Alison stepped into Senior Management, leading large teams of Tenancy and Housing Support staff for a national Community Housing Organisation (CHO). Her exceptional leadership skills and innovative approach earned her the role of Chief Executive Officer for a regionally based CHO, where she managed the acquisition and expansion of several significant projects, focusing on housing sustainability and training through Social Enterprise endeavours.

Following the challenges brought by COVID, Alison recognised the growing demand for relocation services and shifted her focus to Relocation Consultancy. She assists corporate clients, including global corporations like Grace Worldwide Mobility and Crown Worldwide Mobility, in relocating, housing, and settling VIP staff from around the world. Alison’s experience in this field is bolstered by her previous career as a Police Officer with both WA & NT Police, where she honed her skills as a Specialist Investigative Interviewer working with victims of serious crime.

Having personally experienced 53 house moves over the last 30 years, Alison's local area knowledge and lived experience offer unparalleled insights to support clients through their relocation into Perth and across regional Western Australia. Her rural upbringing and career progression have equipped her with the referrals, resources, contacts, and networks necessary to ensure a smooth and stress-free property transaction.
