• 3 MONTHLY INSPECTIONS OF YOUR PROPERTY (COMPARED TO YEARLY AT OTHER AGENCIES)
• Market your property - handouts, brochures, window displays, Armidale Independent Newspaper Classifieds, SMS and email databases, signboards at the front of the property — upon owner approval
• Thoroughly reference check the tenants and select them upon owner approval
• Prepare all documentations and brief the tenant
• Collect rent and manage arrears (weekly arrears letters sent)
