About Beck & Small Property - BRIGHTON
Beck & Small Property opened its doors in January 2019 with the aim to create a Boutique Property Management business providing a personalised service that none of the big brands can match.
Based in St Andrews Street Brighton, Richard Beck and Bradley Small together have a combined Property Management experience of over 40 years.
Richard Beck has worked in the industry for 30 + years and Bradley Small tracking 12 years. They have worked side by side since 2007.
Bradley says, “We felt the need to do this for many reasons. One being that there seems to be a lack of consistency with Property Management in today’s day. We find that majority of Real Estate offices have their main focus on Sales and not Property Management, and that instead of a Property Manager handling the complete management of a property, there seem to be numerous staff members involved throughout the whole process, causing disruptive tenancies and substandard service levels for the clients (both owners & tenants).”
Seeing firsthand how communication can break down due to simple procedures being turned into lengthy tasks handballed from Receptionists to Business Development Managers, from Leasing Consultants through to Property Managers, and then onto Administration Assistants, combined with a lack of continuity and high turnover of staff, both Richard and Bradley decided it was time to change this cycle.
Richard and Bradley are creating a personalised service whereby you will have one point of contact throughout the whole Leasing & Managing process. Bradley explains, “Each client (both owners & tenants) will have our direct mobile and email contact details, and will never be handballed between multiple staff members. You will be dealing with the Directors from start to finish.”
