Benita has a long family history and association with real estate, with her grandfather Bob Wade owning Bob Wade Real Estate in Dalby and her parents who own Wade Real Estate in Warwick, which they’ve had since the late 1980s.
Benita’s experience with the family business and work in customer service allowed her to develop her true passion for property. This culminated in the decision to purchase Warren Inch Real Estate in December 2018. Due to continued business growth, the business was renamed WIRE Property Agents in early 2021.
Having lived in Toowoomba for over 20 years, Benita moved to Highfields in 2018 and loves the country atmosphere and all the amazing facilities the local community offers. Located only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, Benita loves the community spirit, peacefulness, space, beautiful cafes, restaurants and great local schools on offer in Highfields, and the Toowoomba region. Outside of work, Benita loves being with her family, renovating her home, gardening and supporting her children with their sporting activities. One of her favourite places in Highfields is visiting Peace Haven Park, especially in autumn when you get to experience all the beautiful colours of the season.
