About Bobby Sung - Real Estate Agent
As some of you know, I left my Real Estate agency role around 12 months ago. Since then, I’ve worked alongside some real estate principals to elevate their property management processes and rental portfolio. As a result, we’ve witnessed their portfolio growing to new levels. and boosting cash flow by maximise their fee to boost up extra income from rental department. During this time, a number of previous, existing, new property owners and friends have reached out to me asking why haven’t I started my own agency?
They believe I can deliver a service above market expectations with my knowledge, experience and especially with my personality. Which is funny because it’s something I’ve always kept at the back of my mind. Because after a year of consulting and reviewing the rental market, I believe we can all improve and do even better to lift up the whole property management industry standard.So recently, I have started thinking about establishing my own property management agency. I began recalling and reviewing all previous offers by other agency’s principals to work in partnership with them.
Then, one of my first consulting clients proposed something I couldn’t refuse because his proposal will finally give me the freedom to create what I’ve always envisioned. So today, I want to formally announce that I have taken ownership interests in ICARE PROPERTY. That means going forward, my main focus will be on building this agency to serve our landlords and investors at a very high level.
We are on a mission to unleash a property agency unlike anything out there.
