Chris Southern - Born and bred right here on the Sunshine Coast.
Growing up he was surrounded and immersed in the building & real estate industry. It was evident early on that he was always going to pursue opportunities in Real Estate.
As a 4th generation carpenter, Chris went on to create his own carpentry business servicing right here on the Coast. With his dedication, determination and creative flair to create quality work, it was no surprise when he was offered a position to join a local new-home builder to join their team as a New Home Sales Consultant.
Chris immersed himself in every aspect of this new challenge learning the importance of client relationships, communication and assurance. In his first year Chris was recognized as the leading salesperson exceeding several targets and setting new records. With his knowledge & passion of the industry growing, it was then that he realised his real passion was in Real Estate and now begins his inevitable real estate career with Century 21 on Duporth.
Chris has also experienced and adventured the wonders of 32 different countries, lived abroad and speaks a medium amount of Russian too. Over the years of his life journey, he has gained vast experience and knowledge across multiple industries and cultures.
