When I was looking for a home there was lots to take into consideration. Having difficulty walking flat ground was essential, a small community environment was desirable and closeness to family members without being smothering.

Clint Knop came up with 3 properties for value comparison which were all within my very limited budget, all were suitable for immediate occupation.
