About Craig Hartwich - Real Estate Agent
Having grown up in Hamilton, Craig moved to Warrnambool in 1995 to complete a Bachelor of Business degree at Deakin University. On completion of his degree Craig commenced employment with the Warrnambool City Council in a major events and tourism based position, working on such events as Wunta and the Fun4Kids Festival. During this time he developed a strong skill set in Project Management, Negotiation, Marketing and Communication - the perfect foundation for a successful career in real estate!
Following his time at the Warrnambool City Council, Craig embarked on a 15 month journey that saw him living and working in London. Throughout this time Craig spent many hours travelling throughout the UK, Europe and Africa. Highlights of his trip included; spending Anzac Day at Gallipoli, surfing in northern Africa (Morocco) and enjoying everything about the European way of life. Still an avid traveller and surfer today, Craig has continued to explore the globe and his search for waves is never ending with numerous trips through the remote areas of Bali and Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, Maldives, New Zealand and Hawaii just to name a few.
Craig enjoys being part of a professional team culture, and actively seeks training to stay up to date with the current market trends and new insights into the industry.
Outside of real estate, spending quality time with family and friends and making time to go for a surf is especially important to Craig. He enjoys being active and keeping fit, and appreciating the great outdoors of the beautiful south west region in which he lives and works.
