Ella is an ambitious and driven individual who has just finished her final year of high school. whilst completing her year 12 studies she also completed Certificate III in Business Management.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Ella is also deeply invested in her local community. Having grown up in Point Cook, she is passionate about giving back to her community and has been an active member of the Altona Basketball Association for the past ten years. Through her participation in sports, she has developed a love of competition and a desire to learn as much as she can.
Ella loves being part of the Living Prospect team because of the strong work ethic each member shows. As the youngest member, she learns a lot from her colleagues about real estate and how to work well as a team. They each have a lot of experience which has helped her gain a deeper understanding of the industry and develop new skills. Being surrounded by hard-working people has motivated her to set high standards for her to reach in future.
What Ella finds most rewarding about working in real estate is the chance to meet new people and form meaningful, long-lasting relationships with them while making a positive difference in their lives.
