He has been active in training the newer members of the team to ensure that Ray White Bankstown retains its leading market share of sales throughout Bankstown and it's surrounding suburbs. The attention to detail and the problem solving skills he developed in his pharmaceutical career have served him well in meeting the demands of his real estate clients. Now he lives and breathes real estate and attests that he would never go back to pharmacy

Graeme lived in the local area from 1999 to 2010. So he has a good understanding of where the best schools are, and how the transport systems work, and also where to shop for the best Vietnamese pork rolls and the best kebabs. He now lives in South Hurstville with his wife and three kids, and their Maltese terrier "Buffy". He has built over many years an extensive client base of buyers and sellers and is always ready to go the extra mile to help buyers find what they really want, and to extract the best possible price for his sellers. Real estate is a 24/7 customer service industry and Graeme is always happy to chat to his clients at any time. Graeme actively helps the each year with the "Little Ray Of Giving", Ray White’s charity drive to provide presents to children who are in need at Christmas time.

The Bankstown area has a diverse range of property styles, ranging from 1970s units buildings to stunning mansions. Graeme has had experience in selling all types of homes; in hot markets as well as falling markets. He will advocate a selling method that is most suitable for your home in the current market. He is accomplished at tailoring marketing packages suitable to all budgets. Being a multicultural area, Graeme has good friends and clients of all backgrounds that help him translate for non-English speaking clients. He is honest in his dealings and patient in giving his advice.

In his spare time, Graeme enjoys playing tennis socially, and is planning a come back to his karate lessons to one day qualify for his black belt. He enjoys good food and wine whenever he can. He also likes to travel especially to sample more exotic foods and wine. He is just as at home sipping Arabic Coffee as he is savouring a steaming cup of green tea. (Be careful if you offer him food at your place because he might move in.)
