About Greg Gibb - Real Estate Agent
It’s the old-fashioned service that Greg, our Senior Sales Coach and mentor, finds the most important element to being a successful real estate agent.
With more than 30 years in the industry he should know. Over the years he’s seen the advancements in industry technology and the explosion of the local marketplace but what fundamentally stays is the requirement to deliver exceptional customer service.
The fundamentals of that service comprise simply of meeting vendors and buyers face to face, truly listening to the needs and wants of all stakeholders and always being honest in your dealings and advice.
It’s this personal service that has seen Greg sell more than 800 properties in his career. Yet, he still remembers selling that first home in Lilydale back in 1988 and the squeals of delight heard when informing the young couple that their offer had been accepted.
It’s this philosophy, knowledge and experience that Greg brings as he coaches and mentors our sales team. Greg is both a Senior Sales Agent and an Auctioneer, and he loves to act as the conduit between vendor and buyers to create a successful deal.
Greg can certainly be considered a solid Croydon citizen having once had his own newspaper round in his younger years as well as playing and coaching local footy and basketball. He still even remembers there were once carparks in the middle of Croydon Main Street and that with the introduction of Eastlink, the suburb has moved closer to the CBD without moving an inch.
- A family man with six kids and 16 grandchildren, he loves footy, golf and cricket but most of all getting it away from it all and camping with his family.
