James and his wife Mandy have 3 children Bethany, Maddie and Angus. Having lived in Traralgon his whole life James is very well known in the community so much so that it’s not unusual to see him stopping to chat to clients, friends and acquaintances down the busy main street. Their family enjoy a very active lifestyle like most families and love all that Trarlgon has to offer. James is a very dedicated and involved family man who when not at work can be found watching Angus play soccer for Traralgon City on the weekends or whipping up a feast for the family. In stark contrast to James being a Carlton supporter, he has an interest in fishing, water sports (especially jet skiing) and is always in pursuit of trying to perfect his golf swing. James is not one to travel far with his favourite place to escape being Lakes Entrance as he enjoys all that the Gippsland Lakes has to offer; putting his boat and jet ski to good use. James’ dream job would be to go working on a fishing trawler listening to his favourite band Midnight Oil. James is well known for cooking a great BBQ and enjoys entertaining at home with family and friends with a quiet beer in hand. He is a regular blood donor and also likes to drink red wine afterwards to replenish his system. He maintains a veggie garden in his spare time and also makes the best homemade relish which he is yet to share with his colleagues. James surprisingly started his career as a qualified accountant and did this for 8 years within the Construction Industry after completing University and then went on to run the ‘Crown Hotel’ as the publican for 2 years. He and is his wife Mandy also had a stint in the hospitality industry owning and managing ‘The Ritz’ restaurant for 7 years. During this time he met lots of new and interesting people and his love for communicating with people is what attracted him to the Real Estate Industry along with the dynamic and flexible work environment. Purchasers and vendors alike love James. He’s been described as “an amazing agent”, “the agent who has it all” and “everything you want in an agent”. James’ happy and down to earth personality, ability to connect with his clients and “can do” attitude have impressed time and time again. James commenced his career as a Property Consultant in 2003, and recently became a full Licensed Estate Agent. His involvement in the local community, market knowledge and experience means James is the man to come to when buying and selling property in the area.
