About James Kennedy - Real Estate Agent
As an introduction to myself, I was born and bred in the Eastern suburbs and have been a
local resident all my life. I’ve always had an interest in Real Estate and so after completing
my higher school certificate at Marcellin College, Randwick, I enrolled and completed a
three year TAFE course at Randwick to achieve my real estate licence.
I commenced my career in a strata agency back in 1989 as an assistant to 15 strata
managers. I then progressed forward after two years becoming relief strata manager
for a period of two years.
My career in property management began at J.A Hayek Nationwide Real Estate,
Kings Cross, as a leasing officer / repairs manager. I thought at the time, that the best
way to achieve success in the industry was to learn the ropes in the toughest environment -
I believe this was the most colourful period of my career to date.
After being head-hunted to work for Laing & Simmons, Randwick I became successful in both
property management as well as project marketing. I then moved to Richardson & Wrench
Bondi Junction where I was overlooking the property management department in both
branches as well as selling.
After careful consideration and demand from existing clients I decided to establish
Reconstruct Real Estate. My office prides itself in offering an individual service that
only a boutique agency can provide.
My primary objective is to forge long standing relationships with clients built on mutual
trust and respect. You will deal with me personally from the very start of the program,
right up to completion.
I am currently in my 25th year within the industry and I am accustomed to dealing with
diversified properties and people from all walks of life. My success until now has been greatly
attributed by my personality and attitude towards people and their different circumstances.
