After more than a decade working in real estate, Juliet established Juliet Mutia & Co Real Estate. Unlike many, Juliet’s journey, as a Property Agent was from the start, one of meticulous training, under the well known Pittard system. Juliet found early success in her role as a prospecting agent. Her professional development was swift, Juliet utilised the skills she developed during her 17 year career in advertising to complement her Pittard system training. These combined skills led to innovative sales campaigns for properties she was selling in the Northern Suburbs of Hornsby, Wahroonga and Mount Kuring-gai.
She accepted an opportunity to sell in Drummoyne in 2011 and here is where Juliet eventually became a fully licensed specialist ‘Livability’ agent under L JHooker brand. Juliet then joined the local Raine and Horne office in 2015 where she continued to build her enviable record of outsanding sales results, not only in the Inner West, but also in other Sydney suburbs and regional centres where she was given an opportunity to sell for vendors.
Juliet’s journey and record breaking results have continued under her own agency. The East side of Drummoyne and specifically the Birkenhead precinct is where Juliet started to make a name for herself many many years ago. Juliet has continued to sell in this area as well as the broader, Inner West with exceptional results for the clients who have given her the opportunities. More notably her unbeatable decade long record at the Birkenhead Quays where she has repeatedly broken her own records which have gained her repeat business and the respect from colleagues in the business.
Juliet has had the privilege of working with vendors to achieve great outcomes in various pockets of Sydney and regional areas. She has also repeatedly sold and managed the properties of clients. Juliet thrives on being able to create campaigns that connect with a wide range of target buyers and also delivering positive experiences for vendors.
