Kathy boasts an impressive 24 years of experience in property management. Her journey began in holiday rentals before making the move to the Gold Coast in 2001, where she worked as a residential property manager for 16 years.
During her tenure on the Gold Coast, Kathy not only excelled in her role but also delved into new business opportunities, achieving significant success. This success led her to take on additional responsibilities, such as managing departments, implementing systems, and building the existing rent roles business. In her quest for professional growth and knowledge expansion, Kathy ventured to the Victorian/NSW board, where she immersed herself in property management for nearly 12 months.
Kathy then moved back to Brisbane where she continued to evolve her learnings and expanded her knowledge by taking on a senior position. Her responsibilities included trust accounting to add another string to her bow. In addition, Kathy actively participated in trust audits alongside a forensic auditor assigned by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) as a key component of her role.
Throughout her career, Kathy has gained experience in various aspects of property management, including building management and body corporate affairs in the Greater business area however she really enjoys providing PM support to her clients and has become a key senior property manager withing the Harcourts property centre business as she looks to anchor herself and assist landlords and tenants in any way possible.
