Beginning her journey as Leasing Consultant, within a few short years Katia had progressed to the role of Department Manager at Nelson Alexander Essendon – one of the largest rental teams in Moonee Valley. Property Manager of the Year in 2018, Katia has also worked in the Head Office Operations Team where her expertise was utilised in training staff, implementing new procedures and delivering exciting projects across the network. Describing herself as a solutionist, Katia is now Department Manager at our Pascoe Vale office where her attention to detail, excellent communication skills and absolute diligence continue to be appreciated by customers and colleagues alike. Born and bred in Pascoe Vale, Katia has a big connection to the area and in her downtime is a self-confessed foodie loving nothing more than cooking, restaurant hopping and exploring farmer’s markets across the state.
