A youthful Estate Agent with a seasoned veteran’s experience, Katrina knew exactly what she was destined for when she completed her year 12 and jumped straight into Real Estate at 18 years old. Nine years on she has mastered the art of leasing and managing properties, some might say her service is simply sublime.

Katrina’s dedication and seamless management are second to none, she is known to be the agent who isn’t afraid to test the market and sets the new standards for each Melbourne suburb, one at a time.

Whilst confident to take risks, she always has her clients best interest and asset at heart.

Over the years Katrina has worked tirelessly to perform, provide, and learn, and along with this dedication she has been awarded over 10+ Victorian and Australian awards, and broken Suburb records for the highest price per week leased, more than once!

All though her personality is loud and large, her heart and intentions are always warm and welcoming and this is one of the key reasons her clients are always gravitated towards her.

Katrina was born and raised in the heart of the northern suburbs, with her two younger sisters and mother in a traditional Californian bungalow, it wasn’t much, but it was perfect. By age 15 Katrina worked three part-time jobs and attended secondary school, the weekdays were routine but when the sun was shining on the weekends the Minos girls were always off to the beach.. and once a week between the months of March and September every year Katrina was and still is dedicated to barracking for the ever so famous Collingwood Football Club!

Katrina is first to admit that some days are tougher than others, but always finds herself meeting clients along the way who are in need of an honest, compassionate but result driven agent to guide them and that is when she goes back to basics of …” yep, this is why I do the job I do”.

At 21 years old, thriving in the industry Katrina purchased her own bit of Real Estate in the ever so ethnic pocket of the Northern Suburbs, Lalor – which she now calls home with her partner.

Finally, why did she choose Real Estate… well, Katrina has two particular passions in life, helping people & appreciating property, so it was a no brainer to dive into a career that allowed her to do both.

After 9 years of managing properties, creating relationships, meeting new people, building teams, leading offices and so much more, Katrina decided it was time to build her own empire, she had achieved all her goals as an employee and it was time to set the new target.
