Before she knew it, she had already fallen in love with the craft and eventually moved into the Property Management Department, where she began helping Abbey and the rest of the girls. Admittedly, she just loved what she was doing, hence, she continued doing it until the present--with still the same exact excitement she had the first day she let her wings fly to the real estate nest. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Kristy loves engaging with the tenants and owners. She finds joy in serving and assisting them with all their property needs and concerns. It makes her heart flutter every time she receives messages of gratitude and heartfelt notes from them knowing she had helped families in one of the most important facets of their lives. She loves establishing relationships and fostering them which makes communication better at all instances. At times, her job can be stress-inducing, so she makes sure to make the most out of her spare time. When she’s not communicating with her clients, you’ll most probably find Kristy spending time with her dearest family. Unlike any other girls in the office, Kristy loves to watch a lot of AFL and is a major fan of football. Just like her daughter, Georgia, she also loves to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. When her daughters were younger, they enjoyed running together, but Kristy still enjoys the same thing now even if she’s alone. With an empathetic approach to life, she always put herself in the shoes of others. As someone who doesn’t want to easily jump into conclusions, Kristy might have had a deep thought about it, so she aims to stay longer in the industry as she seeks to grow and develop her skills and knowledge more about the ins and outs of real estate.
