Hi, I am Laura Voinea, Licenced Estate Agent and I have been working in Real Estate for close to 10 years.

I bring to your table; my committed listening skills, a sharp eye for detail and am a highly driven problem-solver. I’ve had the great pleasure to serve many hundreds of clients, who have referred their family and friends back to me, anytime there was a need for real estate. This speaks volumes of my dedication and care to every single one of my clients, whether they were selling their much-loved home, investment, or their relatives’ home.

I’ve been told many times, that I have an aptitude for renovation, repairs and improvements, that will maximise a property re-sale value. Many of my clients have enjoyed the benefits of a few adjustments, with a very minimal budget, which has therefore had a large impact upon their campaign and sale result. I have and continue to engage myself, through the participation of courses, to remain a wealth of knowledge on current trends in real estate and to learn valuable tips, that we can implement on-site.

My purpose is to make selling your asset an easy and straightforward process, but to also add value, to every single transaction I do. I love having open and organic conversations with my clients and to brainstorm together, on the structure and strategies that will be best suitable. There has been more than one instance, where some of my clients have managed to keep their home/investment, instead of selling at the time. Also, I am the director of Area Specialist Projects and this opportunity has helped me to serve my clients with extra options, planning, finding great off-market investments, running feasibility reports, exploring design, and marketing the product. We love nothing more than planning a development from site purchasing, until buyers get to move in their brand new home.

I am proud to be part of an extensively proactive team, with over 35 sales agents covering multiple languages, to strengthen our negotiation skills.
