A second generation real estate agent, Matthew Jones has been in and around the industry his whole life and is not only Director and Licensee of Century 21 Jones Property Group but also a multiple award-winning agent in his own right, within the Century 21 network across Australia. Matthew is a modern-day agent and business owner who embraces all forms and styles of selling property from conventional pricing methods to expressions of interest and auctions. His innovative selling techniques have seen him win a number of awards over the years including being the Number 1 Salesperson across WA for Century 21 for number of properties sold, achieving the highly regarded Master Salesperson status with REIWA on multiple occassions and also becoming a Double Centurion Sales performer which puts him in the top 1% of all Century 21 agents across the world. Locally he has also been REIWA’s Number 1 Selling Agent for properties sold in Carlisle for 9 years straight throughout 2015 – 2023.
A strong passion for selling real estate has seen Matthew cover a lot of territory in his career to date having successfully sold property in many shires including the: Town of Vic Park, City of Belmont, City of Canning, City of South Perth, City of Gosnells, Shire of Kalamunda, Town of Vincent and more. A specialist in selling all forms of residential real estate, having covered everything from 1 bedroom apartments near the city to large suburban development sites, multi villa/apartment development sales, land sub-divisions and everything in between.
