Neels has lived in Albany for 13 years and particularly loves the serenity of the Great Southern and what’s on offer as far a lifestyle, weather and landscapes. He has sold everything from holiday units, residential properties, and lifestyle blocks to first home buyers, families, retirees, down-sizers, and budding hobby farmers. Sales include a multitude of residential properties, a well-known local strawberry farm, and a block next to the Kalgan River that has been in the same family for over a century.
Neels is an experienced business owner with an established large business in his original home, South Africa. His experience and character bring a very businesslike approach not only in communicating property attributes to buyers, but also in the process of listing a property for sale for the vendor.

“I love the challenge of helping vendors sell their homes; of listening to buyers’ wants and needs and helping them to see the value of the properties they look at, and how it will fit their family and become their new home. One of my proudest moments was when I had my very first sale, which also turned out to be the first property I listed. The property had been on the market for a long time by the time I took it on myself. The seller felt she had not received really honest feedback before, and our rapport allowed her to make some changes that gave her a great outcome. Most importantly this allowed her to move on, and she was able to support her father at an incredibly important time, just after her mother had passed away. This story sounds a bit sad, but sellers generally come to us during momentous points in their lives, and there is nothing better than being able to help.”
