About Nicole Hancock - Real Estate Agent
A little about me
I have been working in the Real estate industry since 2002 and have been working for Glenmore Park Realty for 12 months. I started my career off at an agency in Penrith up until 2014 when I took 2 years off to be a full time mum. I joined the industry again in 2016 at another local agency before joining the team at Glenmore Park Realty with a full time position.
When I joined the Glenmore Park Realty team I took pride in my work ethic and how efficient I was/am with my time. 12 months later and my work ethic has never decreased. I am always putting my hand up to work back later and am keen to get my work done to help tenants and landlords. I fit in well with the team here as we are all team players and work together.
Not only do I manage 205 properties but I also do the office’s mid month and end of month payments as well as some financial aspects of the business. I am always in and out of the office fitting in inspections and meeting with landlords or tenants and am back in the office answering phone calls and emails.
