As a gun property manager Paul is renowned for breaking all records achieving 34 residential leases in a single month. His deep knowledge of property, and intuitive communication and negotiation skills, have proven invaluable in property sales. Amongst the R&W network’s top 10 auction listers on multiple occasions Paul credits his local knowledge and networks for his on-going success. After nearly 30 years in real estate he continues to be motivated by the thrill of negotiating a sale, seeing the contracts signed and both buyer and seller walking away satisfied with the result and the process. A father of two, Paul’s two great loves are work and family but in his rare moments of downtime he enjoys boating on Sydney’s waterways with his wife and two children.
