With more than 12 years of experience spanning real estate, media and off-the-plan sales and marketing, Casey brings a rare depth of knowledge to our team. Her expertise in both sales and marketing makes her uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between these critical disciplines, ensuring our strategies are innovative and results-driven.

Casey’s career has seen her excel across business development, sales and project marketing. She began in Queensland as a Business Development Manager in residential real estate before transitioning to Sydney, where she took on a media sales role at Domain.com.au, overseeing more than 300 clients in her tenure as Key Account Director.

She then moved into project marketing, leading strategic initiatives for a top-tier firm while working closely with renowned developers. Most recently, she headed brand and marketing for a developer-builder and drove strategic growth and market positioning for a project marketing company.

Now returning to Queensland, Casey’s industry knowledge, commercial acumen and hands-on approach will be instrumental in driving Pezet Matheson’s marketing and operational success.

“Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to see the real estate industry from multiple perspectives—whether in sales, media, or marketing—which has given me a well-rounded understanding of how these elements connect to create success,” Casey said.
