Having lived in the Holroyd municipality for most of his life with children and grand children, Phillip has personally experienced the changing cultural and community aspect of the Holroyd area. The dynamic and vibrant nature of the area is what inspires Phillip to continually build and grow Starr Partners Merrylands, Pemulwuy and Wentworthville offices into leaders in local real estate. He is personally committed to developing and supporting a team that is honest, hard-working and has all the tools and training to help them service the diverse cultural and community needs of the area. He has created a working environment that fosters and promotes cultural diversity, customer focus and integrity which has seen Starr Partners Merrylands win the Western Sydney Award for Excellence in Property & Sales Management in 2012.
