I am a Senior Sales Consultant at MPG Real Estate (Midland Property Group, formerly Roy Weston & Hills) who brings to you a wealth of experience that has evolved over many years from a family man, a community leader, including running my own Motor Trimming business for a period of 28 years before starting a career in Real Estate.
I was educated at La Salle College and local Primary Schools within the area, which created the opportunity to be inducted into the WAGR (Midland Railway Workshops) as an Apprentice Coach Trimmer, where I was awarded “Apprentice of the Year”, Highest Aggregate of all WAGR Apprentice Coach Trimmers and passed my Certificate of Trade Studies with distinction.
I have been a proactive person within my community, who actively served in the past as the President of the Swan View Football Club (including a founding member of the Senior body in 1981, a player/coach and honoured with Life Membership in 1996). I was elected as the Chairman of the Eastern Suns Basketball Club (WABL), to which I raised their profile, that became a marketing success as well as a successful sporting entity to this day (I also coached 3 teams to Championships at WABL level in his 9 years whilst at the club). I also love to mentor and nurture men and youth that I am fortunate to have contact with to this day.
I pride myself on all this combined experience, which has helped me communicate better, develop strong adgendas and organisation skills, resulting in achieving the status of #1 Agent, Highest Grossing Sales &Most Properties Sold in Middle Swan in 2014.
My sale time is within the current median days on market for properties advertised considering the tough market place at the moment. I am achieving a sale price above my vendors expectations due my “Fixed Date Sale” process in combination with my“Marketing Strategy” to help achieve a “PREMIUM PRICE”.
