About Rory Williamson - Real Estate Agent
Rory’s love of Noosa began at the age of three while on regular visits from Sydney with his family. Rory would gaze out at Laguna Bay, hoping to one day be more than just a visitor. Now, he’s thrilled to call this paradise his home.
Rory has a true passion for property, having project managed multiple renovations and being a successful investor, he has developed a deep understanding of the responsibilities that come with selling and buying a person’s most valuable asset. He deals with each property as if it were his own, taking the extra steps to achieve outstanding results. He believes in the power of marketing and goes beyond the call of duty to make sure all of his properties are extremely well represented in this area. He adds value to all of his properties.
Rory’s real estate career began with one of Noosa Heads most respected Real Estate groups. In his first year he broke price records and received multiple “outstanding sales performance awards”. Trained and guided by local real estate legends, he quickly absorbed priceless knowledge and a further appreciation for this magic part of the world.
Rory is dynamic, perceptive, committed and a great listener by nature, he prides himself on understanding his clients’ wants, needs and desires and being able to deliver on them, beyond all expectations. He feels truly honoured to be able to serve this local community, in this extraordinary part of the world.

He has been a regular character on New Zealand’s favourite TV show Shortland Street. Back home he’s performed in Channel Nines Underbelly TV series, Sevens Home and Away and ABC’s Paper Giants amongst others.
