Over the years he has acted for various Government bodies in both consultancy and agency capacities and successfully managed a divestment programme on behalf of the Department of Finance and Administration (DOFA). Russ has also consulted to the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in relation to the future housing needs of service personnel in S/E Queensland.
