Vanya is an exceptionally hard working Real Estate Agent. I know, they all say that - but as we live together I have the benefit of seeing what's actually going on behind the scenes.

Vanya knows the meaning of work ethic. No time is too late to call, no question is too minor - her days are spent making sure her sales go through smoothly and her clients are ecstatic.

It is commonplace for our nightly Netflix routine to be accompanied by quiet tapping on her iPhone screen, sending off another email or replying to another buyer enquiry. At this point I’ll usually ask if she would like me to pause the latest season of Bridgerton so she can focus - the response is typically an assertive "I can do both!".

She is acutely aware that her sellers are paying her good money, and as a result she is laser focused on ensuring they receive the quality of service and sale price to match.

Vanya won't tell you how many awards she's won, but I think it's important to mention them. Back at the start of her career, she received not one, but two ‘Rising Star’ awards from Ray White - the first was in 2018 and then again in 2019.

In 2021, she qualified as an ‘Elite Agent’ after her results placed her in the top 3% of Ray White agents.

In 2022, 2023 and 2024 she was recognised in the top 1% of Ray White Agents internationally after being presented with the coveted ‘Chairman’s Elite’ award.

At the 2024 Ray White Awards, she ranked as the 9th highest performing Ray White Sales Agent in all of Queensland - impressive stuff!

Having sold just shy of 340 properties across Ripley and South Ripley, she proudly holds the sales record in both suburbs. Her area expertise and local buyer database are unrivalled.

Vanya is a South Ripley homeowner and genuinely cares about the prices she achieves across the Ripley Valley. She has ‘skin in the game’ and negotiates accordingly. Your sale affects the value of our own home, so it naturally makes sense for her to fight for the best results.
