Commission

Since Qld deregulated the commission structure, many agencies have infact increased their fees, with the average rate now charged between 2.8%-3.5%. Frequently many agents are not willing to or are unable to offer any flexible with their commission fee structure.

We are flexible with the amount we charge (we are only too happy to negotiate our fees so its a win-win for all involved) As we are a home-based agency we don't need to pay for office space and all associated costs. Hence, we can be more flexible in the amount we charge 

Advertising

We pride ourselves on how we market our properties for sale. We only place our properties in premier placements on the major real estate websites plus we also ensure exposure on most other smaller websites and social media outlets. We use high quality photography including drone photos and property video and include floorplans as a standard on all our properties. 

There are no hidden costs and you will not be penalised for electing to pay at settlement.

Agent/Client relationship

We believe the agent/client relationship is the most important factor when selling. The best way we explain it is like being married. You have signed an agreement to sell and it is critical that the first time round you get it right. Ultimately it could cost you thousands of dollars and time on market can be blown out if the relationship is not a good fit.

We feel we have everything you are looking for in an agent. We believe we do a better job than the bigger agencies and take the time to build relationships with all our clients. We also limit the properties we enlist to ensure we are available to properly service the sale.

·   - We set the highest sale ever for Jimboomba Woods back in Oct 21 for 75 Weatherly Dr

Flagstone- We’ve held the record 2 times over the years.

·   - We were the first agency to sell a home in the $700,000 region. This was a few years ago.

·   - As of September 2021, we set a than record price being $890,000 which beat the previous record by $90,000.

·   - We currently hold the highest price for a 3-bedroom home.

Cedar Vale- Recently set the record price in there and we smashed it by over $130,000. As a bonus it was the first property to sell for over $1million in the suburb. This property was sold in 3 days and had multiple offers on it.
