Armidale NSW 2350 has undergone significant changes from 2016 to 2023. The suburb has seen an increase in residential and commercial development, as well as the addition of new amenities. One of the most noticeable changes is the increase in residential development. In 2016, there were a number of vacant blocks of land in Armidale. However, by 2023, many of these blocks have been developed into new homes. This increase in residential development has helped to create a more vibrant and lively community in Armidale.
